Revisiting old photography projects

One of my favourite exercises in photography is to take a second look at shoots I’ve done months, even years ago. I get to look at the photos almost as if I’ve never seen them before. Sometimes I’ll look at a photo I previously loved and wonder what it was I liked about it. Other times I’ll see an image that I didn’t use and wonder why I ignored it. I’ve recently just done this with the images I took on a trip to Urubamba and Cusco, Peru back in 2014 on a project I did with Photographers Without Borders and Peruvian Hearts. I’ll post some examples in the coming days as I finish up the project.
